"Working with Ginger Weeks was a joy. This was the 1st time for me to sell a home (my parents home) and I deferred to her experience and knowledge. She's a go getter that gets fast results. She sold our 1966 "as is" home that needs updating for a great price and in less than 30 days. She was able to negotiate not only for top dollar but other costs as well. My advice is to get a realtor that knows the competitive price of homes in your area. If I sold the house on my own, I would have settled for a much lower price.Ginger kept me informed throughout the process and was readily available when I had questions. I cannot say enough good things about Ginger.She's the best!!!"
